After diagnosis, we’ll provide a practical estimate and an agreed ceiling for the repair. Once a coffee machine repair is complete, we service and test the machine to check performance, identify any further concerns and confirm electrical safety within our licensed scope.

By booking, you authorise routine servicing and general maintenance up to a total job value of $500. If the service is likely to exceed $500, we’ll contact you before carrying out further work.
Repairs are assessed first. We’ll discuss the likely cost and agree on a maximum repair amount before proceeding. If the work may exceed that ceiling, we’ll seek further approval.
Please tell us about every known fault and the equipment’s current condition when booking. Undisclosed faults can require additional diagnosis, parts or labour and may incur further costs.
We work on traditional commercial espresso machines and commercial grinders. We do not service automatic or bean-to-cup machines.
Mobile service area
Our standard service area includes Caloundra, Kawana, Maroochydore, Buderim, Forest Glen, Sippy Downs, Nambour, Bli Bli and Palmwoods.
